Tim Kirk is the founder and Managing Director of The Kirk Consultancy and works closely with leadership teams to define and implement growth and revenue generation strategies, improve customer experiences and embed customer focus.

Tim's work has taken him to many of the world's leading and most highly regarded customer-driven companies in the UK, Europe, USA, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.

In financial services, Tim works with top tier banks and insurers and is a respected adviser to industry bodies.

He has worked closely with the Financial Services Authority (the UK's financial service regulator) on its Treating Customers Fairly programme which is aimed at achieving a step-change in behaviour across the industry and ensuring that retail financial services companies improve the outcomes they give their customers by embedding fairness to customers into their strategy and values.

Prior to founding The Kirk Consultancy, Tim held senior positions with Ernst & Young and KPMG Consulting where he led the development of customer-centric consulting solutions.
