Madeleine assists clients to design and implement behaviour change across all levels of the organisation. Madeleine has coached Board members and senior managers through their business challenges at both the individual and corporate level.
Madeleine's work includes the development and delivery of behaviour-based interventions, using Active Learning Techniques and deploying the principles and practice of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming).
Madeleine was formerly a Director of the Strategic Change practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting and is also Managing Director of Allen Training Associates.
