Brian Parker brings extensive experience helping blue-chip companies put the customer at the heart of their business strategies.

Brian works extensively with senior management teams to liberate creative insights into the customer proposition through the generation and interpretation of structured market & business analysis. He works with clients to assess and interpret the requirements placed upon their processes, people and technology by changing customer needs.

Brian's work includes the development and delivery of sales and marketing plans, the creation of new product development propositions as well as the facilitation of strategy development processes using Structured Systems Thinking techniques.

Brian also performs project management and strategy business analysis engagements for organisations engaged in innovative, customer-focused change.

Brian was formerly Head of Distribution Operations at Prudential's IFA and Corporate Partnerships sales channels, has worked in corporate strategy and corporate development with Scottish Widows, in addition to which he has been a senior member of Ernst & Young's Financial Services Advisory practice.
