Customer Impact The Kirk Consultancy advised the Association of British Insurers (ABI) and senior industry executives on how to improve customer experiences and the reputation of the UK's life insurance and pensions industry.

We provided extensive support the ABI and its members during the design and launch of the Customer Impact Scheme (www.customerimpact.org) designed to ensure companies put customers at the core of their business, improve outcomes for customers, and that companies are openly held to account for how they treat their customers.

To date, the Boards of over 30 companies representing the pensions, protection and investment industry have committed to the Customer Impact Scheme, representing over 85% of the industry.

We continue to provide support to companies participating in the scheme to ensure that they are meeting their commitments, improving customer-related performance and producing accurate and reliable annual reports on their progress and performance.
